K.Yoshitake received her Ph.D. in 2006 from Tokyo Institute of technology. Doctor thesis title is “Decision making and consensus building in clinical settings”. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife. She became an Associate Professor at Niigata Nursing collage in 2007, Juntendo University in 2009, and school of health science, Tokyo University of Technology in 2014. She became a Professor, in the field of Lifelong development for nurses at the school of Nursing and Graduate school, Tokyo women’s medical university in 2018. She specialized in Nursing ethics, Decision making and Consensus Building in health care, and lifelong development for nurses.
