RESEARCH STUDY ON CHILDBIRTH COMPLICATIONS AMONG ADOLESCENT MOTHERS AT MBALA GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MBALA DISTRICT, ZAMBIA
Chansa Regina was born on September 30, 1967 in Luanshya - Copper-belt Province of Zambia. She is the 6th born in a family 9 and the youngest among the three girls. She did her primary at Kaputa from 1974 to 1980; Secondary school from 1981 to 1985. She entered Religious life and took her first vows on 8th December 1988. She first trained as an Enrolled nursing in 1992, and five years later obtained an advanced diploma as a Registered Nurse in 1997 at Ndola School of Nursing. Then in 1998 she obtained a certificate in Public Health and later in 2001 she qualified as a Registered Midwifery from the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka Zambia. In 2012 graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing at the University of Zambia. Then in 2017 did her Master degree in Midwifery, Women and child’s health and graduated on March 4th 2019. The thesis you saw published online, on Journal for Nurses is the product of this training. This Reverend Sister is sociable, organized and enthusiastic; able to communicate and relate well with people of all ages and always ready to learn new skills.
